Leo Caramelli is an illegal mexican immigrant and resident of North Caldwell, New Jersey. He has played huge roles in multiple Papp arcs, having had a long relationship with Papp for many years, making him crucial to Papp's early upbringing. Biography
He is born in Mexico and hops the border into America at a young age. Originally he would live in Belleville but would move to North Caldwell NJ with his Sigma Family.
During early childhood, he befriends people like PG, William Keenan in North Caldwell. In Middle School, he would meet Jaiden Papp and form early Carl's Cult.
This would give him a close connection to Papp and role in the early Papp lore.
High School
During Freshman year, he would talk to Papp a lot on discord along with Blau, Pg, Will, Paul and others.
When Papp moved to Hunterdon, he would interact with a few of Papp's irl friends on discord, giving more lore about Papp's situation.
In leaked DMs, Papp would reveal his affinity and glaze for Leo.
