William Keenan is a sigma fashion demon and 2nd member of the Keenan bloodline. He can be considered the most enlightened member of his bloodline, due to embracing nature, philosophy, sunlight and fashion which have improved his character. This leads to him being glazed by Chris Keenan who attempts to emulate him.

He is one of the Papp OG's and knows invaluable Papp lore. The existence of the Papp wiki and study of Papp originated from him, as he realized there was extensive lore on Papp that needed to be documented.

Despite having a big involvement in Papp lore, his contribution are more trolling than direct involvement.

Early Life

He is raised in North Caldwell. Very mysterious arc and he goes into middle school with terrible drip and plays Overwatch all day with Nick Lever. Papp interacts with him and calls him lilwill. They also play lacrosse together. Very uneventful arc.

High School

Will has some interactions with Papp and knows a lot about the lore. He is usually critical of Papp and is one of his biggest critics, due to being a sane mane in an insane world (normal nigga in Dom's Fat Discord), and talks about Papp being a liar, weirdo and overall bad person.

He would be contacted by Papp during spring 2022, where Papp would express his desire to hang out in real life and tried to guilt BLau into driving him. Will found Papp very irritating and worked with Blau to ban him.

Chippy

He has a unique perspective on Chippy. He criticized the BLau/Papp bullying, but since Chippy would constantly bully Paul and him after he was readded due to their indulgence in marijuana, he would hate Chippy for being the bitch he is.
